Trending in Wedding Flowers Now: Wildflowers, Garlands, Canopies & Floral Wrapping Stations
When it comes to selecting your wedding flowers, the right florist can create masterpieces that bring a world of botanical dreams to your nuptials. We are noticing the latest trends in wedding flowers are dreamy concoctions, green and foliage heavy, wildflower and woodland entwined, and most certainly up, up and away! Taking the theming and styling trends of woodland, boho and vintage to a new level, here are some beautiful ideas to help you bring your wedding flowers into the now.
Thick, lustrous and luxurious. Massive in depth and width at 30-40cm and draped, wedding garlands are having a BIG moment.

Up, Up & Away
Creating a canopy over your wedding head table, ceremony entrance way, dance floor or break out space is a gorgeous way to bring richness to your whole room. Adding flowers at height can really create glamour and elegance - abundance and light, colour and texture all entwined to enhance your wedding theme. Ask your floral stylist about structure, chandeliers, and entwined candles in your hanging arrangements. All of these create an abundance of beauty - your guests will love the romance and they photograph beautifully.

Wildflowers, Natives & Succulents
In the world of weddings right now, there is a real call back to nature. We are seeing succulents, Australian natives such as Kangaroo Paw and Eucalyptus, and wildflowers melded together for an unstructured floral display. And it's really no wonder, as they all represent the theming and styling of woodland, rustic and vintage weddings which are taking wedding themes by storm right now. Here are some beautiful examples of these combinations for your inspiration.

Floral Wrapping Stations
This is one trend that makes perfect sense and is a gorgeous way to send your flowers off after the big day. We are seeing brides and grooms set up floral wrapping stations with cellophane, scissors, twine and ribbons, so that when the dancing has finished, your guests can create beautiful take-home arrangements for their own homes. This lovely idea means there is no wasted flowers and your guests have a reminder of your centrepieces and floral displays in their homes for the week to come. Beautiful.
