Winter Inspirations Menu

If it’s cold outside, then cuddle up by a cosy fire and sup on seasonal fare: steaming soups, hearty stews and rich, warming desserts.  Cinnamon Catering provides some menu inspirations for entertaining during the chilly months.

Starters

Mushroom filled arancini balls

Main courses

Scallop and prawn chowder
Citrus duck served on wilted spinach, and roasted tomato salad

Cocktails

Espresso Martini

Espresso Martini cocktail recipe

1 oz cold espresso
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 oz white creme de cacao

Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.  Strain into chilled martini glass and serve as a slightly frothy drink.
