Summer Christmas Menu Ideas

Peeled fresh king prawns wrapped in Tasmanian smoked salmon slices with an avocado and horseradish purée

Grilled lobster with lemon oil
Oregano lamb with cashew sauce
Chargrilled baby octopus with lime hollandaise sauce

Nougat semifreddo with blueberry compote

Cocktail

Cranberry Kick

Cranberry Kick cocktail recipe

1 part Vodka
4 parts cranberry juice
1 half lime, juiced

Half fill a highball glass with ice. Add the vodka, lime juice and cranberry juice. Stir well. Add lime wedges and serve.
