Kids party favours no longer have to be the boring old lolly bag filled with mixed sweets!  These days there is an unlimited selection of favor boxes and bags in colourful styles and themes to complement any party theme.  But how do you assemble a fun and fantastic goodie bag without spending a fortune?

• For starters, think mini for maximum enjoyment! Keep your favours small so that you can fit a number of treats into the one bag or box. A bag full of little delights gives your guests a sense of digging for treasure!
• Fill your favour bag or box with fun treats - candies and chocolates, buttons, bubbles, stationery and art supplies, party blowers and balloons, stickers and tattoos, small toys and mini cupcakes. Glow-in-the-dark rubber balls, mini torches and rubber stamps are great gender-neutral party favors.
• Tie your loot bag into your party theme. The perfect finish to a fairy party is a favour bag filled with fairy wands and butterflies, while pirate flags, eye-patches and bandages are sure to make little pirates jolly! Unique favour bags are fun way to say thanks to your guests for coming to your child's party.
• Tweens may say lolly bags are for babies, but they'll love putting together their own party favors from a lavish lolly buffet or being treated like grown-ups with fun party favours such as disposable cameras.

• If you don't have the time or budget to lash out on loot bags, then consider setting up a craft station where guests can make their own favour. They make like to decorate a cookie or cupcake, or make a wand, sword, crown hat or mask.
