Butterfly Ball Christmas Party Ideas

Decorating and styling

For a summery Christmas feast, see our menu inspirations.  For a signature drink, serve the Butterfly cocktail, of course!  Combine 2 parts peach or citron flavoured vodka with 2 parts lime juice, 1 part peach bitters and 1 part peach liqueur in a shaker.  Add ice cubes and shake until the drink is very cold.  Strain into a cocktail glass, add a splash of sugar syrup and garnish with a slice of peach.

Favours and thank yous

Send your guests home with a take home memento such as glittering tealight candles so that they can continue to cast their own fairy light, or give them some home-made butterfly-shaped gingerbread or shortbread.  Delicious!
